Shipping Policy

Delivery Note:

  1. Due to the update of our products, the product packaging will be updated. We will randomly send products in either the old or new packaging (depending on the product you receive), but it will not affect the product quality. Thank you for your understanding during this transition.
  2. Package deliveries may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions.
  3. Your products might be sent out separately if you ordered several items together.

Shipping Policy:
For all international shipments, any tax or duty shall be borne by the buyer.

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. The final cost does not include import duties and sales taxes, all these additional fees must be paid by the customers.

You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We are not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.

*If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the package might be dropped by customs or returned to us, and we will not refund any amount of money.
but our store will sign in low value for every customers so that you don’t need to pay for the customs fee or reduce the charge.

Please kindly note that we will not issue any refund for your order if you refuse to receive the package we sent to you.

If you no longer want to receive the package, please do not refuse it when it is delivered. Instead, you can send us one return form with your order.

For US customers, the shipping time will be 3-12 business days.
For Canada, the shipping time is 7-15 business days.
For Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia and the United Kingdom, the shipping time is 7-15 business days.
For other countries, the shipping time is 10-15 business days.

Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-5 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.
Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays.
Some products may be out of stock in our warehouse. In this case, for timely delivery, we will have our factory ship your items directly.
